"GLASS" DE ELLEN HOPKINS (2007)

La primera reseña que hice en el blog sobre un libro fue para "Crank", la primera parte de esta saga que conocí gracias a que me compré el libro en Canadá. Me gustó tanto que terminé pidiéndome algunos libros más de su autora por Amazon.

Ellen Hopkins es considerada por algunos "the bestselling living poet in the country" y es por su especial estilo. Ella escribe novelas en verso libre para jóvenes adultos (sobre todo) y trata temas bastante complicados; en este caso habla sobre las drogas (y desde la experiencia, porque su hija pasó por ello).

"Glass" me ha gustado bastante a pesar de sus casi 700 páginas; quizás hay partes un poco repetitivas, pero me ha dejado con muchas ganas de leer la tercera parte.

Seguramente termine haciéndome con todos los libros que pueda de esta autora porque me gusta mucho su estilo y me parece super original.
